| These are casting polyurethane for shoe mold making. They are two-component systems. The casting polyurethane grades are designed for shoe mold production with excellent mechanical property. The mixing ratio is 100:100, easy to process. Hardness of the casting polyurethane grades includes 60A, 70A, 80A and 90A. |

| Suggested curing process | Product can be demolded after curing at room temperature for 2-3 hours or at 80℃ for 1 hour. The curing can be completed after curing in oven at 70-80℃ for 12 hours.
