Water-Based PU Adhesive (Similar to U54 System)
This series of water-based PU adhesive is designed for shoe bonding. When eco-friendly issue is valued, many users change to use water-based PU adhesive to replace solvent base.
Our WPU-26-WA1G is water-based PU adhesive to replace U54. It has high bonding strength, long tack time, good water resistance, heat resistance and yellowing resistance. This water-based PU adhesive is supplied at low viscosity, so users can add thickener WPU-26-T25F to adjust its viscosity. To increase the bonding performance, users can also add hardener WPU-26-00D and additive WPU-26-871D.

- WPU-26-WA1G can be stored at 5-40℃ for 6 months in original sealed containers.
- The storage temperature of water based adhesive must avoid above 40℃.
- The water based adhesive is sensitive to frost, and must be not stored at temperature below 5℃. It's not possible to thaw the product after freezing.
- The containers must be kept tightly sealed, otherwise evaporization of water leads the formation of a film which is not redispersible.
